About the Role

We’re building one of the most driven and elite sales teams in agriculture. As an Ag Equipment Territory Sales Manager, you’ll own a defined territory and drive adoption of next-generation ag technology and equipment that transforms how growers operate.

You’ll be the face of our brand in the field – meeting directly with producers, dealers, and co-ops – helping farmers improve performance, efficiency, and ROI through precision systems and equipment innovation.

This role combines the grit of traditional equipment sales with the consultative approach of modern ag tech. If you’re competitive, strategic, and ready to help shape the future of farming, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting large-scale row crop and commercial producers.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, trials, and closing.
  • Build long-term relationships with growers, dealers, and agribusiness partners.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot) with disciplined follow-up and forecasting.
  • Represent the company at key trade shows, demo events, and industry functions.
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience from lead to install.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in agriculture equipment, precision ag, or B2B field sales.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding multimillion-dollar quotas.
  • Strong understanding of row crop production, agronomy, or related sectors.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter who thrives in an independent, performance-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (50–75%) for farm visits, demos, and shows.

Why Join US

We’re not just selling machines – we’re driving the next evolution of agriculture. You’ll be part of a high-energy, high-integrity sales culture where performance is rewarded, growth is expected, and your voice helps shape the future of the company.

If you’re ready to represent a cutting-edge brand that farmers trust and respect, we’d love to talk.
