Regional Sales Rep - Delta States

Job Overview:

We are thrilled to expand our team and are looking for driven individuals to join us in making a difference. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Representative to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural equipment sales and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and representing our brand in the market. This position will require up to 50% travel within the assigned territory as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with potential customers in the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our equipment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.

Field Technician - US

Job Overview:

Field Technicians help develop, support, and maintain our precision spraying system and play a key role in enabling further product development. The primary role of this position is to carry out in-field product feature testing, troubleshoot problems in the field and provide support and communication internally that leads to short-term and long-term fixes to the equipment while supporting our customers. Tasks include conducting test plans, tracking issues and progress in fixing them, and communicating with customers, product managers, agronomists, and engineers on a regular basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out system and feature-related hardware, software, and machine vision field tests of mechatronic farm machinery. Provide detailed documentation of testing execution and results.
  • Provide in-field engineering support, including data collection, field test, troubleshoot, diagnose, resolve, and document all aspects of the products
  • Provide an interface for Product Management, Agronomy and Engineering to understand the evolving needs of customers
  • Perform hands-on set-up, maintenance, testing and customization in the field per engineering test requirements
  • Track and manage recurring issues, from problem identification to resolution
  • Suggest design alternatives and support development of new features and tools
  • Transport and operate field test-related equipment as needed
  • Be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment

Requirements:

  • Experience with Agricultural equipment and working with large machinery in the field
  • Experience troubleshooting and working with complex systems involving software, electronics and mechanical systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer-facing skills & team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel extensively (more than 50%) and provide hands-on support
  • 2+ years in supporting, maintaining, or operating agricultural electro-mechanical systems
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience in Engineering, Agricultural or related technical area.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Electronic/other Engineer with a strong background in multidisciplinary system integration to join our team. In this role, your primary focus will be on the complex integration of electrical and agricultural control technologies, seamlessly combining these with our GreenEye sensor systems ,that implements AI and real time embedded systems for detecting and controlling sprayer functionality. While development tasks may arise, your main responsibility will be to help coordinate and oversee these efforts, often leveraging subcontractors for development work. Reporting to our head of engineering, you will work closely with our software and product teams to ensure that all components work together efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

●     Multidisciplinary System Integration: Conduct the integration of electrical and agricultural control systems, ensuring compatibility and functionality across various technologies, including GreenEye sensor systems combined with the sprayer’s original functionality and add-on retrofit parts.
●     Troubleshooting and Debugging: Resolve complex integration challenges, particularly those involving multidisciplinary technologies, to ensure system reliability and performance.
●     Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with software, AI, and product teams to effectively integrate electrical systems into larger agricultural technology projects.

●     Prototype Integration: Plan the integration of hardware components in prototypes, including conducting necessary tests to validate performance across all technologies.
●     Field Testing and Validation: Define, conduct, and analyze field tests to validate system performance, particularly in challenging environments such as agricultural fields.
●     Subcontractor Coordination: Work with subcontractors, particularly for development tasks, ensuring that their work aligns with integration goals, multidisciplinary requirements, and project timelines.
●     Technical Documentation: Prepare and present detailed technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders, focusing on the integration of multidisciplinary systems and outcomes.

Requirements:
●     Experience: Minimum 5-8 years in electrical engineering / computer science with a strong focus on multidisciplinary system integration, particularly involving agricultural technologies and AI-driven systems.
●     Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles, circuit integration, system design concept, hands-on integration experience.
●     Multidisciplinary Systems: Proven experience in integrating systems involving hardware, mechanics and software.
●     Troubleshooting Expertise: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, especially in multidisciplinary environments.
●     Subcontractor Coordination: Experience in working with subcontractors, particularly in delegating and overseeing development tasks.
●     Field Experience: Experience in planning, conducting, and analyzing field tests, highly desirable.
●     Familiarity: Knowledge of communication protocols such as CAN-Bus, RS232,
I2C, PWM, and PLC signals is highly desirable.
●     Development Oversight: While the role is primarily focused on integration, you will coordinate and manage development tasks, often through subcontractors.
●     Collaborative Team Player with Strong Communication Skills
●     Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering/computer science.

Preferred Qualifications:

●     Experience in industries such as Agritech, Robotics, Aerospace and Defense, Autonomous Vehicles and Drones
